TO WITHDRAW CONSENT FROM ELECTRONIC DELIVERY - E-STATEMENTS
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic disclosures and Notices from Cambridge Savings Bank at anytime. You will not be charged a separate fee if you choose to revert to paper account disclosures, i.e. periodic statements, and Notices, and withdraw your consent from electronic delivery. Fees for document copies and research may apply if you request copies of previous disclosures and/or notices. Please see the Fee Schedule for details. Termination of this consent will not effect the legal validity and enforceability of any Notice, electronic or otherwise, before the effective date of termination of your consent. Your withdrawal of consent will be effective within 3 business days after the Bank's receipt of your request.
Withdrawing your consent from electronic delivery may impose fees or other changes to your account. Please refer to your account opening disclosures entitled "Understanding Your Deposit Account" and your CSB Fee Schedule for more information.
